Fees within a 20 miles radius are included in the hire cost. Deliveries over 20 miles are priced on application.
PAYMENT
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. The outstanding balance is payable prior to or on delivery.
DIMENSIONS
Please note that it is the clients responsibility to ensure there is access for the cart at the venue. Dimensions – Width 125cm – Length 220cm – Height 180cm.
BREAKAGES
The hirer will be responsible and must pay for all damages and repairs.
INSURANCE
We hold a full public liability insurance certificate, which we are more than happy to forward to your event on request.
SAFTEY INFORMATION
Please be advised that some sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oil, they also may have been in contact with products containing nuts. Westend Banqueting cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.
SETUP INFORMATION
In order for the cart to be setup and dressed ready for your guests we will arrive at your venue 1 hour before the start and require an additional 30 minutes to clear away.
Not only can we supply our cart filled with sweets, you could be adventurous and let us display it with the likes of cup cakes, fruit or even champagne.
